Mario Vargas Llosa, Peruvian writer, politician, journalist, essayist and college professor, is known as one of Latin America’s most significant novelists and essayists, as well as notable leader of the Liberty Movement. In honor of the movement’s 35th anniversary, the Nobel Laureate, presented awards to significant members that contributed to it’s success and progression.
