The Atlas Network Advisory Council is comprised of individuals who share a commitment to liberty and enthusiasm for Atlas Network’s mission, and who have an international vision and perspective. The organization connects leaders from more than 80 countries around the world. Oscar Garcia Mendoza, a longtime banking figure, author and human rights advocate, is an Advisory Council member of the Atlas Network, and proud to share the network’s 2018 year-in-review with his network.
